Sideling Hill

This is a mountain that had a chunk literally blasted out of it to bring I-68 through it. The idea of it really bothers me, but it is an interesting look at the inside of a mountain, particularly the Appalachian mountain range, which has a very interesting and unique geological history (notice that the rock layers curve opposite the contour of the mountain?)
